Same day induction is possible depending on prescriber availability. Otherwise induction typically happens within 4-7 business days of initial phone contact. Polysubstance use is not allowed, however poly users have two months to become compliant with program requirements. Not accepting adolescents at this time.

Pain management clinic that offers, office based Buprenorphine and Naltrexone services on a case by case basis. Clients must have primary care set up with Franciscan and a referral from a primary care physician.

Appointments with the provider are on Wed and Thurs, but new clients can call other days to make an appointment. Will work with pregnant women and poly substance users.

Program provides comprehensive opioid use disorder medication in the form of Buprenorphine and Naltrexone medications. Outpatient counseling, for those struggling with mental health, are also available.

Patients must be an established primary care patient, or establish care with provider in order to be eligible for medications. Will work with poly-substance users and pregnant women, but not adolescents at this time. Counseling is not required but encouraged. Further eligibility requirements are based on providers evaluation. Induction on medication varies, but can usually happen within a month.

Poly substance users are accepted on a case by case basis. Program has a peer support specialist on staff and also offers support groups for those with opioid use disorder.

Primary care clinic that offers medications for opioid use disorder (MOUD) in the form of Buprenorphine and Naltrexone. Primary care is required to receive MOUD, and can be established at the same time the patient is starting MOUD. Patients are required to meet with an on-site counselor while receiving MOUD. Adolescents are accepted, and pregnant women and polysubstance users are accepted on a case-by-case basis. Induction timeline is 1-4 weeks after initial contact.

Medical Clinic that can prescribe Buprenorphine and Naltrexone medication for an Opioid Use Disorder in an office based setting. Will work with those struggling with polysubstance use and pregnant women. Establishing primary care at clinic is required. Can offer microdosing induction for Fentanyl use for those struggling with traditional induction. Counseling is not a requirement for medication but clinic can help patient connect with resources if desired. New client appointments for medication for opioid disorder typically scheduled in about two weeks.

Medical services for youth ages 12 to 26 who have lived homelessness in the last 12 months or do not have a stable place to live. The clinic team provides Buprenorphine and Naltrexone medications in an office setting.

Accepting new patients. Offers medication for opioid use disorder in the form of Buprenorphine and Naltrexone to current Kaiser primary care patients.Patients under 18 are also accepted on a case-by-case basis. Enrollment in an outpatient substance use disorder program is strongly encouraged but not required. Kaiser Permanente facilities have licensed mental health clinicians who work as part of primary care teams to provide assessment and short-term treatment. Molina is the only Apple Health insurance that Kaiser accepts. Patients with Kaiser insurance should call the Mental Health Access Line to get connected with mental health or substance use disorder counseling, or speak with their primary care provider for a referral.

Provides same day suboxone induction. Also distributes clean injection supplies and sexual safety items. Provides harm reduction education, vein care consultation, overdose prevention training and naloxone.
