MOUD Services - Swedish - West Seattle Primary Care

Accepting new patients. Primary care clinic that can prescribe Opioid Use Disorder medications in the form of Buprenorphine and Naltrexone. Patients must be an established primary care patient, or establish care with provider in order to be eligible for medications. Will work with poly-substance users and pregnant women, but not adolescents at this time. Counseling is not required but encouraged. Further eligibility requirements are based on providers evaluation. Induction on medication varies, but can usually happen within a month.
