Accepting new patients by scheduled appointment. Doing both telehealth and in-person intakes. Provides medications for Opioid Use Disorder, buprenorphine and naltrexone, for adults in a medical clinic setting. Primary care medical and counseling services are offered, but not required. People using multiple substances, pregnant women and youth are accepted.
