Provides medications for opioid use disorder in the form of buprenorphine and naltrexone, in a medical clinic setting. Substance use disorder counseling is offered but not required. Poly-substance use are accepted on a case-by-case basis. Youth and pregnant women are accepted. Patients who are enrolled in services are also eligible for primary care services at the clinic, but it is not a requirement.
