MOUD Services - Excelsior Family Medicine

Primary care clinic that offers medications for opioid use disorder (MOUD) in the form of Buprenorphine and Naltrexone. Primary care is required to receive MOUD, and can be established at the same time the patient is starting MOUD. Patients are required to meet with an on-site counselor while receiving MOUD. Adolescents are accepted, and pregnant women and poly-substance users are accepted on a case-by-case basis. Induction timeline is 1-4 weeks after initial contact.
