Accepting new patients. Provides medications for opioid use disorder in the forms of Buprenorphine and Naltrexone in an office based medical clinic. Potential clients must switch primary care services to PCHS at time of seeking medications. Offers same day induction based on availability and will work with poly substances on a case by case basis. Can offer microdosing for fentanyl use. Works with pregnant women as well as adolescents under the age of 18. Clinic is co-located with Kitsap Mental Health Services which providers mental health and substance use disorder counseling.
