Accepting new patients. Primary care clinic that also offers medication services in the form of Buprenorphine and Naltrexone. Primary care is not required to receive medications. Program is a membership only pay process. Please call for further details. Inductions are done at home with a weekly follow up during the first month. Will work with women who are pregnant, youth and poly substance users on a case by case basis. Counseling is not required to receive services.
