Provides Buprenorphine and Naltrexone in an office based, medical clinic setting. Enrollment into MD VIP program is required (plus additional MD VIP fees). Will not work with those struggling with poly-substance use. Must have completed a substance use disorder treatment program prior to being prescribed medications. Accepts pregnant women. Primary care is offered and required to receive medication for opioid use disorder. Counseling is not required to receive opioid use disorder medication. Medication typically prescribed within 1-4 weeks.
