Office based, primary care medical clinic that offers MOUD services. able to prescribe both Suboxone and Vivitrol. Walk-in appointments Mon - Fri 8am-3:30pm. Induction possible day-of and medication can be picked up at pharmacy. Can prescribe Subutex to pregnant women. Can provide MOUD to adolescents with parental consent. Polysubstance use is accepted. Counseling not required, but highly encouraged. Once patients have stabilized on medication they can be transferred to the Summit Pacific primary care clinics in Elma or McCleary.
