Accepting new patients. Dedicated walk-in hours are Mon & Thur, 1pm-3:30pm. Walk-in access may be available on a limited basis each day. Please call to schedule an appointment or confirm walk-in availability before arriving. Provides medications for opioid use disorder services such as Buprenorphine and Naloxone free of charge as well as Sublocade injections. Microdosing of Buprenorphine is available. Program also provides a myriad of other opioid harm reduction tools, strategies, and support. Needle exchange programs provide new, sterile syringes and clean injection equipment in exchange for used, contaminated syringes. Provides harm reduction education, vein care consultation, wound care, and referrals to drug treatment, health and social services. Hep C testing & Hep C Treatment is also provided. Youth and pregnant women are accepted on a case by case basis.
