MOUD Services - Community Health Center of Snohomish County - Edmonds Clinic

Provides Buprenorphine and Naltrexone in a primary care and walk-in clinic setting. Primary care is required to receive medications, which is set up after initial walk-in intake. Can offer microdosing for Fentanyl use. Program will work with pregnant women. Program will work with poly-substance users on a case by case basis. Walk-in Clinic: M-F, 8am-7pm; Sat & Sun, 9am-6pm.

CHC welcomes people who have Apple Health (Medicaid/DSHS), a Qualified Health Plan, Medicare, Medicare Advantage, most private insurance and those who do not have health insurance. For the uninsured, a discounted fee program is available based upon a family's financial resources.
