Must be seen by a primary care doctor first to receive a referral to Suboxone program. Can provide services to pregnant women, but not adolescents at this time. Poly-substance use is accepted on a case by case basis. Counseling is encouraged, but not required. CHAS outreach workers can help provide the homeless population transportation to clinic if they need to be seen. Long acting injectables are offered on a case by case basis, call for more information.
