Accepting new patients. Appointment availability is currently 1-4 weeks out for new patients. Office based, medical clinic that can prescribe Buprenorphine and Naltrexone medication for an opioid use disorder. Can prescribe to pregnant women. Poly-substance use is accepted on case-by-case basis. Must have referral from primary care doctor, or patient must establish primary care with clinic before being eligible to receive medications. Induction possible after initial evaluation.
