Provides Buprenorphine and Naltrexone as a supplement to outpatient treatment services for opioid use disorder. Primary care services are also offered. Same day induction is possible depending on prescriber availability. Otherwise induction typically happens within 4-7 business days of initial phone contact. Polysubstance use is not allowed, however poly users have two months to become compliant with program requirements. Not accepting adolescents at this time.
