Accepting new patients. Services are currently being offered to Valley Medical Patients only. Prescribes buprenorphine in an office-based, medical setting. Intake over phone with nurse and 1st appointment will be with provider. Prescription is possible on first visit with weekly follow-ups. Counseling is not required. Poly-substance use accepted on a case-by-case basis.
