100% virtual outpatient care delivered via Affect’s smartphone app. Services include MOUD (buprenorphine/Suboxone), outpatient SUD treatment for alcohol/cannabis/stimulants, individual and group counseling, recovery coaching with contingency-management rewards, care coordination, and outpatient mental-health services (psychiatric evaluation, medication management, therapy). Eligibility: adults 18+ in Washington; smartphone required (device support available). Insurance: Apple Health (all plans in King County; outside King County, Molina not accepted), many commercial plans, some Medicare Advantage. Access: referral tools online 24/7; appointments scheduled.
