Accepting new patients. Office based medical clinic that can prescribe medication for opioid use disorder in the form of Buprenorphine and Naltrexone. Initial intake is done over the phone and then the nurse will set up an appointment at a Confluence Health clinic based on location of the provider. Primary care and OBGYN services are offered but not required. Will work with adolescents and pregnant women on a case by case basis. Poly substance use is accepted on a case by case basis. Counseling is not a requirement to be prescribed medication.
