Accepting new patients. Provides buprenorphine and naltrexone medications in an office based outpatient treatment program setting. Poly substance users are accepted, however benzodiazepine users must work with a clinician to end usage prior to starting buprenorphine.

Offers comprehensive mental health and substance use disorder services to enrolled clients. Services include mental health evaluation and assessment, problem gambling treatment, counseling, co-occurring disorders counseling and treatment, psychiatric case management, offender services, crisis intervention, vocational services, individual and family therapy, and a residential program for consumers with long-term psychiatric disabilities including ex-offenders.
