Accepting new patients. Medical clinic that offers Buprenorphine for pain management needs and/or opioid use disorder. Also offers naltrexone for opioid use disorder. Telehealth services are available for most clients at this time. For patients with opioid use disorder, substance use disorder counseling is encourage but not required. Pregnant women and adolescents are accepted. Poly-substance use is accepted on a case-by-case basis.
