Accepting new clients. Program offers opioid use disorder medication in the form of Buprenorphrine, and Naltrexone on a case by case basis. Medications are not offered as a stand alone service, patient must participate in the Comprehensive Opioid Response with the Twelve steps(COR-12) in order to receive medications. The COR-12 treatment team of medical and mental health professionals will design an individual care plan with whatever therapies, mental health services, and medications are appropriate. Can induce individuals on medication on-site at the facility.
