MOUD Services - Kaiser Permanente - Federal Way Medical Center

Offers medication for opioid use disorder in the form of Buprenorphine and Naltrexone to current Kaiser primary care patients. Poly-substance use is accepted on a case-by-case basis. Patients under 18 are also accepted on a case-by-case basis. Enrollment in an outpatient substance use disorder program is strongly encouraged but not required. Kaiser Permanente facilities have licensed mental health clinicians who work as part of primary care teams to provide assessment and short-term treatment. Molina is the only Apple Health insurance that Kaiser accepts. Patients with Kaiser insurance should call the Mental Health Access Line to get connected with mental health or substance use disorder counseling, or speak with their primary care provider for a referral.
