MOUD Services - Neighborcare Health at Ballard Homeless Clinic/Nyer Urness House

Accepting new patients. Doing telehealth and in-person intakes. The clinic team provides Buprenorphine and Naltrexone medications in an office setting. Walk-In hours: Mon, Tues, Thur, 10am-4pm. Microdosing is offered depending on provider availability. Counseling is encouraged but not required to receive medications. Primary care services are also offered on site. Poly substance users are welcomed. Agency will encourage tapering off Benzodiazepines. Co-occurring alcohol use disorder will be addressed on a case by case basis. Pregnant women, youth, and poly substance users are accepted.
