Provides Buprenorphine and Naltrexone in an office based medical clinic. The Addiction Clinic and START Clinic are two clinics that offer buprenorphine and are co-located with a primary care clinic, although enrollment in primary care is not required to receive services. The START Clinic is specifically for pregnant women and is every Wednesday,1:15pm-4:15pm. START Clinic patients can walk-in or make an appointment to receive services. Both clinics work with poly-substance users on a case-by-case basis as well as patients under the age of 18. Enrollment in substance use disorder counseling (not offered on-site) may be required on a case-by-case basis.
