Provides medications for opioid use disorder in the form of Buprenorphine and Naltrexone to existing Unity Care NW patients through referrals made by their primary care physician. Prospective patients will need to enroll in primary care services before induction of medication will be scheduled. Clients will need to be screened and evaluated before receiving services. Will work with poly substance users on a case by case basis. Medication typically prescribed within 1-4 weeks.
