Chemical dependency/behavioral health program that also offers medications for opioid use disorder in the form of Buprenorphine. Client needs to engage in counseling services and other forms of therapy, which is determined during the intake appointment. Substance Use Disorder counseling is required to receive medications. Primary care services are offered but not required. Poly-substance users are accepted on a case by case basis.
