Accepting new clients on a case by case basis. Office based primary care clinic, that provides medications for opioid use disorders in the form of Buprenorphine and Naltrexone medication. Counseling is required to receive medications. Poly substance users and pregnant women are accepted on a case by case basis. Medication typically prescribed 1-4 weeks from initial contact.
