Provides buprenorphine medication in a medical clinic setting for patients with both pain management needs and opioid use disorder. Counseling is not required to receive buprenorphine medication. Polysubstance users are accepted on a case by case basis. Pregnant women and clients under the age of 18 are accepted on a case by case basis. Medication typically prescribed within 1-4 weeks.
