MOUD Services - Cowlitz Tribal Treatment - Tukwila

Offers medications in the form of Buprenorphine and Naltrexone. Must be North American Native American (self-attestation accepted) or live in a Native American household (co-located family members of Native Americans also eligible). However, non-Natives can join MOUD services if they are a current client of the SUD program. Can prescribe Buprenorphine using microdosing initiation for Fentanyl users. Sublocade is also offered. Counseling is offered but not required to receive medications (unless non-Native). Outpatient substance use disorder treatment services are also offered. Open to all adults. Polysubstance users are accepted.

Offers Behavioral Health services including SUH, MH and MOUD for tribal, and in some cases, non-tribal individuals. Open to youth and adult and focuses on and sensitive to the needs of Native Americans.
