Please arrive as early as possible to ensure same day induction. Please call ahead to confirm that you meet the criteria to receive naltrexone and that it is currently available. Microdosing/low Buprenorphine induction method is available for those struggling with the normal induction process. Pregnant woman and youth 16 years or older are accepted. Program provides referrals for substance use disorder and mental health intake/counseling. Agency is able to provide hepatitis C and hepatitis B testing, hepatitis A and hepatitis B vaccines, hepatitis C treatment and case management for individuals diagnosed with hepatitis C. Program also operates a syringe services program during the same times as the buprenorphine clinic, Tuesdays, Wednesdays, and Thursdays from 1pm to 5pm, and clients can receive up to 200 clean needles and related supplies, either inject-able or nasal Naloxone, and Fentanyl test strips.

Accepting new patients for Buprenorphine only. Provides Buprenorphine medication in a office based opioid treatment program setting. All outpatient services are for Drug Court clients only. Non Drug Court clients can receive Buprenorphine but can not receive outpatient services at this location. Pregnant women are accepted on a case by case basis and are treated with Subutex. Poly substance users are accepted on a case by case basis. Program has a peer support specialist on staff and also offers support groups for those with opioid use disorder.

Naltrexone is available depending on prescriber availability and physician approval. Will work with women who are pregnant. Will also work with polysubstance users on a case by case basis. Induction typically occurs within 1-4 weeks after initial contact.
