Provides Buprenorphine in an office based, medical clinic setting. Naltrexone can also be prescribed but on a more limited case by case basis. Must establish primary care services with Virginia Mason prior to receiving medications for opioid use disorders. Counseling is not required to receive medications. Youth and pregnant women are referred outside the clinic for MOUD services. United Healthcare is the only Medicaid plan accepted at this time. MOUD services depend on provider availability and vary daily. Medication typically prescribed within a week. Poly substance users are accepted on a limited case by case basis.
