Accepting new patients who are members of the Port Gamble S'Kallam Tribe only. Program can prescribe opioid use disorder medication in the form of Buprenorphine and Naltrexone. Will prescribe medication to pregnant women and adolescents. Will work with poly-substance users. Does not require individual to be enrolled in counseling, but behavioral health services are available. Does not accept Indian Health Services insurances.
