This is program is for youth, ages 13-18 years of age, to connect them with MAT services in conjunction with receiving primary care services through Harborview pediatric clinic. Potential patients do not need consent for a parent or guardian to participate in the program. When calling please say "I am under 18 and I want the Pediatric Clinic." This will result in a 20 minute phone screening to determine eligibility. Patients will meet with a doctor and nurse the same day as initial appointment. Polysubstance users are accepted on a case by case basis.
