Medical clinic offering professional drug, alcohol and physical testing for professional needs as well as general health screening and primary care services including buprenorphine and naltrexone. Patients must have completed substance use disorder treatment prior to beginning buprenorphine prescription. Poly-substance use is permitted case-by-case at the beginning of prescription with goal of abstinence from drugs and alcohol.
