Accepting new patients. Provides Buprenorphine and Naltrexone medication, as well as general substance use disorder and mental health counseling. Open to youth ages 12-25 years old. Also offers a mobile MAT team that can meet clients where they are at. Program is a medical clinic operated by Kaiser in a homeless youth drop-in center. Pregnant women and poly substance users are accepted. Counseling is offered but not required to receive opioid use disorder medications.
