Accepting new patients on a limited basis. Provides buprenorphine medication in a medical clinic setting. Primary care services are offered to patients that meet criteria. Counseling is not required to receive opioid use disorder medications. In home induction is possible. Poly substance users are not allowed. Patients must be on time and meet all requirements to remain in the program. This program can accept youth 16 and older on a case by case basis. Pregnant women and youth are accepted at any age. Offers a virtual, no-barrier, bridge clinic, over the phone, every Friday between 8:30am-11:30am.
