MOUD Services - Yakama Nation Public Community Health – Toppenish Clinic
Primary tribal health clinic for Yakama Nation members and eligible Native individuals. Provides comprehensive outpatient care including Medication for Opioid Use Disorder (MOUD), Outpatient Substance Use Disorder treatment, and Mental Health Services, along with primary care, women’s health, wound care, and urgent care. The clinic integrates cultural healing practices, offering coordination with tribal programs and access to a cultural specialist for recovery support and family inclusion.
