Accepting new patients. Medical clinic that can prescribe Buprenorphine and Naltrexone medication for an Opioid Use Disorder. The number listed is a direct service line for medications for opiate use disorder services, patients can text or call. Care navigator can set up appointment for same day if it is within clinic operating hours. Able to prescribe to pregnant women and adolescents on a case by case basis. Counseling not required but may be required on a case by case basis after initial inductions. Poly-Substance use is accepted on a case-by-case basis. Providers can prescribe Buprenorphine using microdosing initiation on a case by case basis, patient should consult with provider if interested. Clinic has a reduced fee program from those without insurance. Culturally sensitive towards all ethnic backgrounds.
