Prescribes Buprenorphine and Naltrexone medication for an Opioid Use Disorder in an office based medical clinic. Enrollment in primary care is required, however new patients can establish primary care at the same time as accessing medication for opioid use disorder. Will work with poly-substance users and pregnant women on a case by case basis. Patients for this service can be seen and induced on medication usually within a week or less of initial contact.
