Provides MOUD services in the forms of Buprenorphine and Naltrexone in an office based medical and behavioral health clinic. Potential clients must switch primary care services to PCHS at time of seeking MOUD service. Offers same day induction based on availability and will work with poly substances on a case by case basis. Can offer microdosing for fentanyl use. Works with pregnant women as well as adolescents under the age of 18.
