Accepting new patients. Provides Buprenorphine and Naltrexone medications in a medical clinic setting. Same-day induction or home inductions is possible. Will work with pregnant women, adult, and adolescents. Poly-substance patients are accepted on a case-by-case basis. Program encourages clients to be enrolled in counseling services and will provide referrals in the community for those services. Sublocade can be ordered from a specialty pharmacy. It can take 30 days from initial appointment for the Sublocade to be administered.
