MOUD Services - Evergreen Treatment Services - REACH Belltown (Partnership with Neighborcare)

Provides buprenorphine and naltrexone medications in a community service provider setting. This program can ONLY be accessed by a referral from a community provider such as a MAT counselor, social worker, doctor, shelter staff, or law enforcement. The community service provider would do a screening to make sure the client meets the appropriate criteria for admittance into the REACH program. This program is specifcally geared for individuals that are homeless or living with unstable housing. Counseling is not required to receive these medications. Poly substance users are accepted. Program also offers intensive case management for homeless with substance use disorder in downtown Seattle and provides access to a number of housing and shelter programs.
