Medications for opioid use disorder are available to current primary care patients and prospective patients will need to enroll in primary care services before induction of medication will be scheduled. Will prescribe medication on a case by case basis in the forms of buprenorphine and naltrexone within a medical clinic setting. Must be enrolled in primary care with Providence and outpatient treatment to receive services. Will work with women who are pregnant. Will also work with poly substance users on a case by case basis.

Offers medication assisted treatment services to treat opiate use disorder as well as different levels of substance use disorder care such as assessments, intensive outpatient and outpatient treatment, for both adults and adolescents. Also offers evaluation and outpatient treatment for problem gambling and community tobacco cessation classes.
