Accepting new patients. Provides buprenorphine and naltrexone medications in a medical clinic office setting. Can prescribe to adolescents and adults. Can prescribe to pregnant women. Counseling not required, but referrals made if necessary. Poly-substance use accepted on a case-by-case basis. Clinic requires a 300 dollar, non- refundable deposit to be eligible for services. If patient has private insurance the deposit can be used for co-pays if insurance covers medications.
