MOUD Services - Providence Chehalis Family Medicine

Provides MAT services in the forms of Buprenorphine and Naltrexone in a medical clinic setting. Buprenorphine clinic is on Wednesdays. Will work with women who are pregnant and poly substance users are accepted on a case by case basis. Buprenorphine is prescribed on second or third visit. First visit is reserved for medical screening. Primary care services are offered but not required.
