Accepting new clients. Comprehensive outpatient services that can provide wrap around care for those with Opioid Use Disorder and other substance use disorders. Agency can prescribe opioid use disorder medication in the form of Buprenorphine and Naltrexone. Will prescribe to pregnant women and adolescents (15-17) with adult consent. Will work with poly-substance users. Counseling is not initially required but determined at assessment. Pregnant and Parenting Women, and individuals who use IV drugs are prioritized for admission. Agency can also provide case management, and counseling services but are not required for eligibility.
