Medical clinic that can prescribe buprenorphine and naltrexone medications for an Opioid Use Disorder, in a primary care setting. Can prescribe to pregnant women. Can prescribe to both adults and adolescents. Enrollment in primary care services and community support group participation required and outpatient counseling is offered. Poly-substance use accepted, but expected to work toward abstinence with any illicit drug. It is possible to be seen same day as initial contact, and induced on medication if its within clinics operating hours.
