MOUD Services - Cowlitz Tribal Treatment - Dupont
Culturally-specific behavioral health program that provides medication for opioid use disorder in the form of buprenorphine (Suboxone and Sublocade) as well as naltrexone to Native Americans and non-Native Americans. Accepts walk-ins 10am-5pm, M-F. Culturally-specific services for Native Americans including traditional and cultural groups, talking circles, and mental healthcare are offered but not required. Provides telehealth as well as hybrid groups. Can offer microdosing for fentanyl users. Accepts pregnant women and poly-substance use. Also offers COVID-10 vaccines.
