MOUD Services - Community Health Outreach Clinic

Accepting new patients on a case-by-case basis. Provides Buprenorphine and Naltrexone medication in a medical clinic setting. Counseling is required to receive medications for opioid use disorders. If patients are already enrolled in an outpatient treatment program they can continue attending that program if there is a release of information, and if not they can attend the peer support group at the Community Health Outreach Clinic and meet individually with the provider. Poly substance users are accepted on a case by case basis.
