Accepting new patients. Provides buprenorphine and naltrexone medications in an outpatient substance use disorder treatment setting. Program combines primary care services with mental health and substance use disorder counseling support and medications for opioid use disorder. Counseling is not required to receive medications. Poly-substance users are accepted for methamphetamine. Agency will work to taper off of benzodiazepines and alcohol abuse is discouraged.
