Accepting new patients. Provides medications for opioid use disorder in the form of buprenorphine and naltrexone, in a medical clinic setting. Same-day induction possible, but must have appointment. Substance Use Disorder counseling is offered but not required. Poly-substance use are accepted on a case-by-case basis. Accepts pregnant women. Basic primary care services are available for patients enrolled in program but is not a requirement.
